Whether you're an experienced martial artist or a complete beginner, I aim to deliver a personalised session to your individual needs with patience, compassion, and understanding. 

Having studied numerous martial arts for over 30+ years, I am able to tailor my understanding to suit an individual's needs, goals, capabilities, and mindset, facilitating quicker student development. 

My approach caters to physical and Mental well-being, self-protection and Combat sports (Boxing & MMA).

I employ unique methods to address the psychological and neurological aspects of training, promoting body awareness, sharper reflexes, and an appropriate mindset.I specialise in a number of martial arts namely - kickboxing, Thai boxing, western boxing, self defence, MMA and submission grappling
. I also specialise in helping fighters with their conditioning as well as strength training/powerlifting.

My aim as a trainer is to combine my extensive wealth of martial arts knowledge and experience; teaching, training and competing with a boundless knowledge of training and fitness methods collated over the past 10 years as a professional athlete.

I offer 1-2-1 training sessions, aswell as small group training sessions.

Sessions can take place in either a gym enviroment (Balham/Deptford) or in the comfort of your own home.
